ABOUT ME

Neelia Miller

Neelia Miller has a Bachelor's in Pre-Med/Biology/Chemistry, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and a Master's in Nursing. She has been practicing for 15 years with a speciality in Urgent Care.

Before her Nurse practitioner career, she was a Pediatric RN for 3 years and before this, an EMT. She has completed 2 Ironman and 20+ marathons. Neelia also speaks fluent German.

My healthcare journey began with a deep interest in helping people improve their health and quality of life. As a mother and someone who has personally gone through IVF, I understand how complex women’s health journeys can be. Many women struggle to find clinicians who truly listen to their concerns about weight, hormones, fertility, and long-term health.I created this practice to offer supportive, accessible care for women and families who want practical medical guidance without the barriers of traditional healthcare systems.

Over the years, I have worked in a wide range of medical environments, including telehealth, urgent care, and weight management. I currently hold multiple nurse practitioner licenses across several states and have extensive experience delivering care remotely. Outside of medicine, I am also a Mama and an endurance athlete. I have completed two Ironman triathlons and more than twenty marathons. These experiences shaped my understanding of long‑term health, resilience, and the importance of sustainable lifestyle changes. My goal is to provide accessible, compassionate healthcare that helps people feel heard, supported, and empowered in their health decisions. I am also passionate about helping other clinicians build careers that allow them to practice medicine while maintaining balance in their lives.

Many people today search online for medical information, ask friends or social media groups, or use AI tools for health advice, but still feel uncertain about what to do next.

The “Ask the NP” Quick Consult provides the ability to speak directly with a licensed nurse practitioner for quick medical guidance, reassurance, or help deciding whether further care is needed.

This allows patients to get trustworthy medical advice quickly without unnecessary urgent care visits.

My Healthcare Clients

My clients usually come to me because they are frustrated with the traditional healthcare system.

They are struggling with long wait times, rushed appointments, and difficulty getting clear answers to their health questions. Many have been trying to lose weight for years without success, or they feel dismissed when they ask about modern treatment options like GLP‑1 medications.

Others need quick, reliable medical advice for common urgent care concerns but do not want to spend hours in a waiting room or navigate complicated healthcare systems.

They want a knowledgeable clinician they can trust someone who will listen, explain options clearly, and help them take control of their health.

I help patients access evidence‑based medical care quickly and conveniently through telehealth, including medical weight-loss treatment, urgent care support, and general health guidance.

NP/PA Clients

Many nurse practitioners and physician assistants want more flexibility, income, and freedom in their careers but feel overwhelmed by the process of transitioning into locum tenens or travel work.

They may not know how to find good contracts, negotiate fair pay, manage licensing across states, or understand the logistics of working as an independent clinician.

I help clinicians navigate the transition into locum and travel work with practical guidance based on real‑world experience so they can build a flexible career that fits their lifestyle.
